Thanks to the support of our alumni, family, and friends, the Men's Soccer team has reached its goal of raising $4,000. 

Nazareth Men’s Soccer has become one of the Empire 8’s premier programs under Head Coach Matt Tantalo, who enters his 10th season in 2025. During his tenure, the Golden Flyers have earned Empire 8 Championships in 2019 and 2021, secured NCAA Tournament berths in both seasons, and delivered record-setting unbeaten streaks of 13 and 14 games. The program has also made nine consecutive Empire 8 Tournament appearances, including back-to-back 10-win seasons in 2022 and 2023.

Nazareth continues to develop elite talent, producing United Soccer Coaches All-Region standouts such as Drew Decker, Ryan Fitzgerald, and Jake Pawlika. Decker became the Empire 8’s all-time assists leader, Pawlika ranks second all-time at Nazareth in scoring, and the program consistently earns multiple All-Conference and Academic All-American honors each year.

As the program continues its rise, your support plays a direct and meaningful role in enhancing the student-athlete experience and expanding what our team can achieve.

This year, we are seeking support for two key initiatives that will elevate our program:

• International Trip — A Transformational Experience
  Next year, the team will embark on an overseas trip that offers unmatched opportunities for growth, cultural immersion, team bonding, and international competition. These experiences broaden perspectives, strengthen team chemistry, and create memories that last a lifetime—but they require significant financial support to make them possible for all student-athletes.

• Upgraded Locker Room Space
  A refreshed, modernized locker room will enhance daily training, team culture, and the overall environment our players rely on. Improved facilities help attract top recruits, support athlete development, and reflect the championship-level standards of our program.
